Long-Lasting Cross-Cultural Work Starts with a Strong Foundation
Living and serving in a different culture is challenging—especially in the first two years, when everything feels new and unfamiliar. That is why our Phase 1 training equips new trainees to make disciples in their home context first, before going overseas. In this training, new trainees learn about essential tools within a supportive Community of Practice. Through hands-on coaching, mentoring, and a simple, reproducible approach, trainees learn to make disciples from day one. Find out more…
As they gain confidence and experience, they move into Phase 2—a season of intentional growth as cross-cultural disciple makers.
Finally, in Phase 3, Beyond missionaries focus on catalyzing Gospel movements among unreached people groups, building on years of investment in language learning, cultural understanding, and disciple making.
